Segezha PPM was acknowledged the best exporter in the industry

On July, 1 “Best Russian exporter 2009” competition rewarding ceremony was held in Moscow (organizer – RF Ministry of Industry). Segezha PPM won in the nomination “Best Russian exporter of the industry – pulp and paper industry”. This merited reward has already become traditional for the mill.

In the structure of export sales the share of micro crepe sack paper was increased; its quality is significantly higher than of standard sack paper. It has a special strength and ecological purity. Sacks produced from this paper can be used at high-speed packing lines that are mainly used by foreign enterprises. It can be used for more light-weight package that saves a lot of source material. The combination of savings and ecological purity of the product position the micro crepe paper of SPPM at the leading place by consumption in Europe and such countries with rapid growing economy as Vietnam, China, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey.
